the oak student ministry
The Oak is the teen student ministry of Oak Ridge Baptist Church for students in grades 7–12, focused on growing in faith, building real community, and experiencing life change through God’s Word. The group meets for Sunday School at 9:40am and Wednesday Evenings at 7:00pm, where Pastor Jeremy leads engaging Bible studies that emphasize biblical knowledge that leads to heart transformation. All students are welcome to join.
Fall retreat - October 24th - 26th
This fall, The Oak student ministry of Oak Ridge Baptist Church will attend Fall Retreat at Camp Jacob in Clintwood, VA.
The weekend includes time in God’s Word, worship, and community building in a focused retreat setting. Cost is $50 per camper. To sign up, contact Pastor Jeremy Tyler.
